Services

Total Gate Repair Care provides professional services in Santa Paula, CA and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment of your needs.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided in good faith based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from those described. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations where applicable.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. Details of our workmanship warranty are provided at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts are subject to their respective terms.

Limitation of Liability

Total Gate Repair Care’s liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Paula, CA.
