Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer that time to other customers and keep our crews running efficiently.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. We will inform you of any applicable fee at the time of booking or as noted in your service agreement.

Workmanship and Parts Warranty

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or to services provided by Total Gate Repair Care will be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in CA.

Total Gate Repair Care provides professional home services in Santa Paula, CA and the surrounding areas. All work is subject to our availability and to a professional assessment of your specific property and conditions.
Some jobs coordinated through totalgaterepaircare.com may be carried out in whole or in part by independent trade professionals or partner contractors working alongside or on behalf of Total Gate Repair Care. By requesting service, you acknowledge and accept this arrangement.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. All remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Estimates and Final Pricing
Any estimate we provide is given in good faith based on the information available at the time. Actual costs may differ if site conditions, scope, or materials turn out to be different from what was initially assessed.
If we determine that the final price will exceed the original estimate in a meaningful way, we will notify you before continuing with the work. Proceeding after that notification indicates your acceptance of the revised price.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Total Gate Repair Care’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service at issue.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, loss of use, or damages to property beyond the immediate work area — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
